Tapal has introduced the Tapal Ice Tea Instant Drink Sachet first time in Pakistan. The brand was built on strategic communication to communicate the brand’s essence and project it as a modern-day lifestyle drink.

Tapal Ice Tea was the first tea brand in Pakistan to target the youth. The essence of chill was depicted in the packaging, and these elements were also used in the communication of chill Karo drawing inspiration from youth’s lives.

Tapal Ice Tea introduced another variant, i.e., Lemon, which was again built on the same platform, incorporating elements in a new way to add zest to the brand.

Character activation through edutainment including sampling and puppet show activity for Maggi Noodles. The task was to introduce and register their new packaging along with an increase in the noodle consumption. The brand’s message endorsed that Maggi Noodles as a complete meal for a child, especially for kids who do not have good eating habits. The activation was held in more than 1000 schools of the top ten cities for increasing market share.

The Official Title Attempt For Guinness World Records.

Reach For Our Dreams induced kids to set a world record together. After an intra-school painting contest, more than 50,000 children from schools of Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad collectively painted the world’s largest hand painted mural at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore and Maritime Museum Karachi as the official title attempt to entered into the Guinness Book of World Records.

Jang Media Group, the largest media Group in Pakistan had announced its Property Expo ‘Jang Dream Home Expo‘ on January 8th at the Karachi Expo Center. The event was open to consumers, trade visitors and business professionals. The exhibition offered a perfect platform for local real estate markets to showcase their residential, commercial and mixed-use products and for business deals.

The event had been organized for 3 days and was one of the largest event of its kind. The day marked the official launch of its new platform for the Real Estate Industry – ‘Dream Home Expo’- as well as the unveiling of the details on future events internationally. Media Idee was chosen to be the brand amplification agency responsible for designing and managing the entire event while working with the network creative agency “CreativeCom” on the development of creative campaign from logo insignia, marketing collateral, brochure, website, print, out door, digital and social campaigns, event branding, tv promo and other marketing & sponsorship promotional material.

In building the Jang Dream Home Expo, the team set out to create a truly unique platform that brings together the leaders in Real Estate to showcase their products and services and was the first multi-branded event dedicated to the Real Estate market.

Jang Dream Home Expo catered to increased interest from participants who were keen to take part in the growth of the real estate industry. Organizers said both developers and investors are positive about the real-estate market in 2016, with new trends emerging on the scene. Despite the fact that realty investors are more cautious due to a slowdown in the market, medium to long term investors say current market scenario offers as an opportunity to generate decent returns. Jang Dream Home Expo showcased the best of what the industry has to offer.

Karachi Golf City was one of Karachi’s most significant real estate projects to develop over 4000 acres of land. Designed by Meinhardt Group, the legendary multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.

KGC comprises land, villas, walk-ups, high rise residential and commercial areas with all amenities for a luxurious lifestyle, including personal swimming pools, gymnasiums and residents’ gardens.

We were taken on board as a creative partner to work on the marketing campaign to launch this project. Identifying investors as the core focus, we derived the strategy on educating potential buyers about the location’s benefits, long-term investment and the excitement of a new community built around a luxurious lifestyle.

Gardenia Residency

Gardenia is a real estate company owned and operated entirely in UAE.

The challenge was to present Gardenia as an affordable luxury real estate company that understands the needs of its affluent clients, and to reinforce values of premium and quality with value, often not associated with the real estate industry.

To this point, Gardenia had never presented itself as anything more than a mid-level company, which was polarizing in an increasingly sophisticated market of the UAE.

The brand also wanted to appeal to the next generation of real estate agents and encourage them to join the network. The first step was to update the brand position and visual identity to appeal to an affluent audience.

The second step was to reposition the brand to ‘Escape the Ordinary’, an indirect attack launched with an advertising campaign and rolled out via numerous marketing initiatives. The new position enabled Gardenia to present themselves as serious experts in real estate by providing far more value for money than other real estate firms were doing.
